Code deployment

Details

Pipeline for deploying code from github to resources. Whenever a commit is made to a repo, the resource will be updated. During beta, cloud canvas has no tool for running build scripts. Currently users have to push there builds to github, and point cloud canvas to the build. If deploying to lambda check this repo to see how to bundle to a single file .Test Lambda. If using s3, the build directory will be served as static content, with the url matching the directory paths.
